Kossel 2020 flex printed roller

I'm building a Maxi Kossel with 2020 extrusion. I've tested http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:566093 using the POW shower roller, and it wobbles a little bit. So I switched to a 608 bearing but metal-on-metal is too noisy for me. I could pay 80€ for proper delrin rollers, but instead, I made my own with a bunch of MR83-ZZ bearings. These rollers can be printed in PLA or flex. PLA works but I want to make the Kossel as quiet as possible. That's why I used flex; it's smoother and makes no noise at 100% infill even. Still, it has a tendency to bend, which makes my delta printer inaccurate. Note: Print settings: I'm using an E3D 0.4 nozzle with a 0.15 layer height and 60mm/s speed. The PLA version of these rollers is okay, but they tend to wear out too fast for my liking. To adjust slicer settings I changed some variables: Avoid crossing perimeters ;bed size = 200, 200 bridge acceleration ; extrusion multiplier perimeter width Avoid skewing with infill speed. The default layer thickness was changed in Slic3r and then reset by re-downloading from the internet. Note: A full reset should have taken place at that point. However a couple settings did need some more tinkering for this to become accurate enough. Instructions Slic3r settings Slicer configuration. It must be done after creating object. Slicing Configuration To avoid problems with bridging the nozzle will always be moved slightly up, by a layer.
