After many months, these parts have lost their grip. I no longer rely on them. They outlast the original parts, yet nothing surpasses injection moulded ABS components. I strongly advise upgrading from printed carriages as soon as possible. The STL file included is a sample and will only fit specific V-Slot extrusions. PLA is a robust, stable and practical material to work with, but it has some drawbacks. One of those is the fact that if multiple PLA filaments are stretched, they will eventually split like water. This part was designed to counteract these issues while still providing strong tension to keep the bearings from tilting and wearing, and to prevent banding problems. You will need to do your best to resize the part if the first print doesn't fit or you want to fit it to another extrusion. You may have to print off several carriages before finding one that will fit your wheels and extrusion.
