I'll be replacing it with: This is a basic Bowden arm designed for use with a Kossel printer, featuring a 11mm spring cup diameter. Using a bearing in this design might not provide optimal results, I highly recommend instead incorporating a V-wheel accompanied by a thin strip of tube to prevent filament snagging. A piece of carbon fiber tubing worked nicely in my build setup. The force applied to the spring cup is significantly amplified when transferred to the wheel, allowing for safe loads reaching up to 30 pounds. Additionally, installing one or more washers between the peg and the motor will help with overall smooth operation.
