I'm amazed that in 2016 I'm still using two pairs of Koss plugs that I've modified over the years. They finally gave out completely and are now breaking the cord badly. So, I created a new case to replace them. A simple cylinder design ensures it's easy to print. The ear plug is made for ER5 plugs. I'm not sure how many people have been modifying this super cheap earphone, but mine has had five cord replacements and is somehow still kicking after 10 years. Maybe this can still help someone else!
