This is an adapted version of Blackrat's design where the ball socket and mounts are separated, allowing for semi-flexible printing of the mount/bracket part. Note that you'll have to print the original headphone holder and ball parts: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3646364. A semi-flexible mount works very well, fits closely, and is easier on the headband plastic. You will need to print the ball socket in a rigid material (PLA appears to be suitable) and then attach the parts together using glue. I used quick-drying super glue. I printed the mounts in semi-flex PLA with 90A Shore rating, but it should also work well with TPU. If you are using less filament, you may need to modify the wrap-around parts to make them a little longer for better grip or similar modifications. The cable holder only works just barely with my filament, so I might adjust it to encircle the cable more securely.
