I printed it with a nozzle size of 0.4mm, but you can try using a smaller one, like 0.2mm, as the small protrusions that are only 0.4mm thick will print better. Try setting the infill to 0 and increasing the shell count to at least 4 - since the model is relatively small, extra shells won't make much of a difference anyway. Adding rafts to your print job might also help if your first layer turns out too expanded.
