This is a precision-crafted Kort nozzle designed specifically for high-performance RC model boating applications. Engineered to work seamlessly with Dumas 1.5-in. propellers, it delivers exceptional thrust and efficiency. Made from durable ABS filament, this nozzle boasts a robust construction that can withstand the rigors of constant use. The control rod is strategically positioned 1/8" above the nozzle, providing precise control over the system. Additionally, a stabilizing rod at the bottom ensures maximum stability and prevents unwanted movement. The top of the nozzle features a distinctive small T marking, while an internal notch helps to prevent the nozzle from spinning on the control rod, ensuring smooth operation. However, further refinement was necessary to eliminate excessive play in the control rod. To achieve this, a small hole was drilled through both the nozzle's control sleeve and the control rod itself. A thin (1/16") wire was then carefully inserted through these holes, effectively reducing the play and enhancing overall performance.
