I designed this model in Fusion 360 using the sculpting environment, starting with a quadball for the main body and a box for the ears. After shaping the primary form, I created sketches in the shape of the mouth and eyes. Then, I extruded those out and intersected them with the body to achieve the desired details. Following printing on my Robo3D (settings below), I passed it off to my wife who applied filler primer. She then used an airbrush to paint the pink body and a paintbrush with acrylic paints to add the finer details.
