Korg Nu:Tekt NTS-1 NTS-2 Side Panels

PLEASE READ THE NOTES AT THE END FOR THE CORRECT FILE FOR YOUR SIZE: These are the side panels, commonly referred to as "cheeks" or "ears" for the Korg Nu:Tekt NTS-1 Synthesizer or the NTS-2 Oscilloscope. It's used to elevate the Korg device to a better viewing angle (probably more appropriate for the NTS-2 Oscilloscope). This features a mechanism for slipping it onto a 3/4 inch (~2cm) shelf to take it right off the table top. Additionally, there are circular recesses for the addition of adhesive silicone bumpers to better grip the shelf to avoid having it slide around or even off. Theses side panels are 3.5mm thick and the screws have 1mm deep wells so that the heads don’t protrude and so that the original screw grab enough internal threads thread on the Korg.Silicone Bump Specs:8mm, crowned (2mm at peak), circular.(You can get these on Amazon or most hardware stores)I printed this with ease on an 8 inch x 8 inch bed. (20cm x 20cm)---------------------------------------------------*-NOTES:Originally I supplied this files for working with a 3/4" thick shelf:-Korg_Ears_Clip_On_v3.stlSince then a request came in for a 1" shelf and I made two more file with slightly different opened sizes:-Korg_Ears_Clip_On_v5_1_inch_26.4mm_v2.stl (This one has a 1" wide opening, oversized by 1mm to accomodate thinner silicone pads)-Korg_Ears_Clip_On_v5_1_inch_27.4mm_v1.stl (This one has a 1" wide opening,(oversized by 2mm to accomdate thicker silicone pads.)FYI: If you have any special requests for shelf thickness, I can make some custom minor adjustments for you.
