Red pieces move in steps of 30mm, while blue pieces move in steps of 25mm. Red pawns advance from squares 1 and 2345, while blue pawns advance from the same squares. Counting red and blue pieces separately, there are 6 total pieces on the board. Rules for playing Janggi can be found at ancientchess.com/play-janggi.htm
