Korbanth LS6 Gullwing Lightsaber Chassis Hero Configuration

This will fit your Korbanth LS6 Gull Wing Lightsaber from 2018 (maybe it was 2017, I can't remember). I recently designed this for my own LS6 Gull Wing because I felt I could do better. This accomodates an 18650 battery, a crystal (I used an illumicore from the custom saber shop), a kill switch--(I got the WOWOONE 20 Pcs 5mm High Knob Vertical Slide Switch 3 Pin 2 Position 1P2T SPDT Panel (Pack of 20) CYT1107 from Jeff Amazon) a proffieboard and a 20 MM speaker from the custom saber shop. You must use at least 24 AWG wires for the blade pixel, battery, and recharge connections or else it'll probably melt. You are safe with 30 AWG in everything else including your crystal and the pixels that make the buttons light up. I would highly recommend that you use the pcb control box from TCSS found here: https://www.thecustomsabershop.com/Box-style-28-PCB-Upgrade-P1925.aspx and the control box upgrade found here: https://www.thecustomsabershop.com/Box-style-28-Box-Top-Upgrade-P1924.aspxThe way that I designed this allows you to slide off the lower part of the body to access the switch and the speaker may be removed (use a disconnect or longer wire) so you can easily gain access to the board by unscrewing the pommel cap. This is probably the best you will ever see for this ancient saber from 5-6 years ago so good luck with your installation. I think you can print with a tree support to get best results. I would use PETG or PLA+ for this but all I had was PLA and it came out just fine at 50 percent infill.
