a clamp that holds a hose 40mm thick, the threads have an interior diameter of 40, and an exterior diameter of 57, threads are printed separately for maximum, layer strength. The threaded pegs come in a specific order, lay them out in order, select the first peg and find the hole that fits said peg, the rest should fit perfectly if inserted in order. I placed a small blob of hot glue before inserting the pegs to hold them. The screw holes have a diameter of 4mm. Print the files as they are. I printed them with 7 perimeters and 7 top/bottom layers. It is overkill, you can probably do it with a whole lot less. I also lightly rubbed a bar of soap (dry) on the threads to make the cap glide, otherwise it'll want to catch on the layer lines, possibly seize up.
