I aimed to design products with minimal materials while adhering to Lomography's principles of simplicity and sleekness. The 'Be3D' and 'LomoInstant' are suitable for 3D printing or injection molding, incorporating pre-assembled components as needed. The Be3D features a 'teeth and clamp' system for adjustable camera angles, with built-in markings for distance estimation. It has a standard tripod thread for compatibility with existing equipment. After designing the Be3D, I realized the impracticality of pressing two buttons simultaneously; hence, I created the 'LomoInstant.' This model combines optimized components for price and size, using a clothes peg-like system to securely clamp onto the shutter release surround and activate with a micro-solenoid. It has a single channel system to activate all units simultaneously. Credit goes to Tony for the (edited) tripod model. Suggestions for improvement are welcome.
