Unfortunately, all previous attempts with presses resulted in many noodles sticking together instantly in the pot. The holes in the presses are too close together for the extremely sticky dough. A press with a screw thread worked well otherwise, so I used a drill to cut the bottom of a scraper and inserted it into the press. It has only 13 holes with a diameter of 3mm each.
