Koni Strut Adjuster Rotor Grip Rx7
thingiverse
UPDATE 8/5/17 I printed my second one and ran into a problem - the slot got deformed, which stopped the adjuster from aligning properly when slid over. To avoid this, make sure to set a slow layer time at the top shaft portion so it doesn't get too hot and distort. I used Taulman3D Alloy 910 nylon filament for my print, with 75% infill and a low temperature of 228C as specified by Cura and my Printrbot Simple Metal. The recommended temperature is 240C, but I was able to print at this lower temp without issues. It might be due to the glitchy firmware thermistor hack from when I installed my e3d v6. Printing with 910 proved to be rigid and strong enough for me to use it on my Koni Yellows without it getting damaged. I used a rubber mallet to gently persuade it onto the adjuster stud.
