This got a huge update, check it out here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3485397 I wouldn't recommend building this version, it has several issues. These are a few parts I designed specifically for my mini kossel build, made from 20x20 aluminum extrusions, 300mm MGN12 rails, an E3D hotend, 150mm diameter glass plate (from an old 101hero project), a ramps 1.4 clone board, homemade diagonal rods and plastic corners from an anycubic kossel (which got aluminum corners). I designed two print-head versions with integrated parts cooling from scratch. V1 'Squirrel' uses a 40mm radial fan, and the E3D (or clone) 30mm hotend heat sink clip fan. V2 uses two 40mm Sunon fans and is much more silent. The carriage v2 (schlitten v2) is based on the original kossel design. Rough BOM: Hardware 3x Aluminum Extrusion 2020 400mm 9x Aluminum Extrusion 2020 200mm 1x Kossel Corner set for 2020 extrusions 3x MGN12H Linear Rails + Carriages, 300mm 3x Cherry End Stop Switches 3x Steppers 17HD30003-22B 3x GT2 pulleys, 16 tooth 150x3mm round glass plate 18x flanged M3 nut to mount rails with M3 screws 3m 6mm GT2 belt Lots of M3, M4 screws, M4 in-slot nuts. Extruder and Hotend 1x E3D v6 or clone (I strongly recommend at least getting an original E3D nozzle, those are fantastic!) 1x MK8 extruder PTFE tubing 2x Sunon 40mm axial fan 3x 25mm M3 aluminum hex spacers, those go into the bottom slots of the effector Spool Holder 1x M8x90 DIN912 screw + two nuts Diagonal Rods Traxxas 5347 rod ends (pack of 12) 12x 120mm 6mm OD, 4mm ID carbon fiber tube 12x 20mm M4 threaded rod Epoxy glue Hole center to hole center distance AKA DELTA_DIAGONAL_ROD should be 150mm. I printed a helper rod with two long M3 screws at that distance with my other printer. Electronics Anycubic Trigorilla board (RAMPS 1.4 compatible) + 4x TMC2208 stepper drivers Printed Parts 3x schlitten_v2 1x druckkopf_v2 1x druckkopf_v2_bracket 3x endstopholder 1x extruderhalter 3x plattenhalter (printing two of them with kante=-1 might be a good idea) For the spool holder: 2x rollenhalter1 1x rollenhalter1a 1x rollenhalter1b 2x rollenhalter2 2x rollenhalter2a 1x rolle 1x knubbel (this goes on the head of the M8 screw) Configuration DELTA_DIAGONAL_ROD is 150mm DELTA_RADIUS is about 80mm with druckkopf and 75mm with druckkopf_v2 DELTA_HEIGHT is about 133mm Printable radius is about 60mm I used a stick-on-nozzle pressure sensor for auto calibration.
