It's a snap to combine pictures and logos with coins. Just whip up a black and white image using your drawing program, like Photoshop, and apply the photocopy filter. Next, you'll need to convert that image into an SVG file - online-convert.com/convert-to-svg can help you out. Now, fire up Tinkercad and import the coin file. Flip it around as needed. Import the SVG file and use the align tool to join the two together. You might want to fiddle with the picture's scale. Move the image up so it's almost hovering above the coin. Make the picture invisible and group the coin and image together. Finally, export that STL file and you're done.
