Did Kokoro really needed an insert? Not at all! I just wanted to start modeling with something simple. So there it is, My 2nd creation with Fusion 360. I used 16 magnets of 5mm (diameter) by 1.7 mm (height) so the top will stay in place and the cards won't leave the box. There are holes in the bottom of the boxes to help getting the cards out.
