I made this to replace the Kohler part 1069722 3" Toilet Flush Valve. The octagonal nut was really hard to get off and I couldn't find a tool that could grip it properly. It's over engineered but having a handle on both sides really helped. Flip it to tighten/loosen. It was a tight fit so if your printer's tolerances are a bit off you might need to up it a percent or two. I used PETG at 60% and it was more than strong enough.
