Kitchen faucet sprayer face removal and installation tool for the Kohler Mistos (R72510-SD) pull out kitchen faucet. This allows removal and re-installation of the sprayer face so the aerator and screen can be cleaned or replaced.I was not able to find a commercial tool to facilitate this so made this to fix the bad spray pattern our faucet had. This will interlock with the 4 notches in the face of the faucet that are approximately 50mm apart. The sprayer face can then be unscrewed by hand. As long as the face was not installed overly tight, this tool will work fine. If the 4 cogs on the tool become damaged, it can be flipped over to use the other side as they are identical.CAUTION: Do not over tighten when re-installing. It is possible to screw the face too deeply into the faucet housing where the cogs on this tool will no longer engage with the notches. Before removing, take note of the orientation of the notches so the face can be re-installed to the same place. Screwing in too deeply will make it very difficult to remove again. As long as the face is not leaking, it is far enough.I printed mine in PLA and it holds up fine for occasional use. If this will be used more commercially, a more suitable material would probably be needed.
