Kohler faucet mounting nut
thingiverse
I designed my [Under sink washer for mounting Kohler faucet in single hole](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2974962) when the metal bracket that shipped with the faucet (Kohler Worth single-handle bathroom faucet) didn't fit our available space to mount the faucet. It was born out of necessity and turned into a quick print that worked perfectly. When I went to install it, however, I couldn't find the large mounting nut that came with the faucet to hold the faucet in place. I searched everywhere but just couldn't find it. So, back to the 3D printer we went again. A quick sketch, some dimensions, and roughing up the shape got us going. I measured the thread of the long rod holding the faucet in place - it's a standard 1/4"x20tpi, which is a standard thread in Fusion360. Yes, this is listed as a remix because these parts are directly related. I printed it using 0.200mm layer height because I was impatient. Usually, I would do threaded parts with a 0.100mm layer height, but it worked out well as the thread came out a bit tighter and so was like threading on a nyloc nut. It took a lot of turning because the threaded rod is so long, but once it tightened up, it was nice and solid.
