This thing is for KOHLER Levity Sliding Bath and Shower Doors. This plastic item broke when I installed my bathtub door. The original is made of a very brittle plastic that broke with minimal force. The replacement kit is extremely costly: INSIDE PANEL ROLLER KIT - 1213185 http://www.us.kohler.com/us/INSIDE-PANEL-ROLLER-KIT/productDetail/Service-Parts/966112.htm?skuId=966087&hash=id%3Dfilters-1%26startIndex%3D40%26scrollTop%3D0 I am positive the outside panel uses the same plastic item. So I designed and 3D printed a replacement. It fits perfectly, and since this is on the inside of the roller, it becomes invisible after you install it. I printed it at 95% infill to ensure it does not break again.
