This thing is for: KOHLER Levity Sliding Bath and Shower Doors. The original broke when I installed my bathtub door, made of VERY brittle plastic that shattered with minimal force. The replacement kit is very pricey, including INSIDE PANEL ROLLER KIT - 1213185. http://www.us.kohler.com/us/INSIDE-PANEL-ROLLER-KIT/productDetail/Service-Parts/966112.htm?skuId=966087&hash=id%3Dfilters-1%26startIndex%3D40%26scrollTop%3D0 I'm fairly certain the outside panel uses the same plastic thing. So I designed and 3D printed a replacement. It fits perfectly, and since it's on the inside of the roller, it won't be visible after installation. I printed it at 95% infill to ensure it doesn't break again.
