Kogan Battery Belt Clip
thingiverse
I designed a custom battery holder for the Kogan 26800 battery pack measuring 188 x 87.4 x 23.4mm to fit my Vive wireless adapter setup perfectly.\r\n\r\nTo create this holder, I rebuilt the original clip from scratch with a double bevel that ensures a smooth and precise fit. My model is constructed using triangles for the main body, while the clip uses quadrilaterals, as I'm more comfortable working in Blender with quads.\r\n\r\nThe clearance between my printed case and the battery clip is sufficiently tight, eliminating the need for glue to secure the battery in place. However, applying a small amount of adhesive would likely provide added stability.\r\n\r\nI produced this design using a Cocoon Create Touch 3D printer with PLA filament, printing at a layer height of 0.2mm and an infill density of 30%.
