Aluminum trim ring to match existing interior features Cast aluminum Pull Handle with aluminum badge Stainless backing plate / pivot mount Carbon pull cup could be separate piece or molded into rocker. Stainless pivot bolt & return spring Stainless cable routing tube. Jacketed cable with stranded core wire (think bike cable) In the small space that is available, maintaining proper lever ratios and achieving 20mm of cable travel is going to be a tall order without drastically increasing the angular travel needed to open the latch. The problem with a large amount of angular travel is that the departure angle (swing) of the cable becomes unmanageable. Ideally the closer you can get to a straight pull the better. The Concept of a low pivot creates much better packaging & allows handle size to be maximized by moving pivot pin, spring, etc to inside of rocker and out of sight. Low pivot also allows for a much greater cable travel per degree of rotation and eliminates large cable swing. This Design can be rotated into any orientation to allow for handle to be pulled or pushed depending on ergonomic requirements. This could be a huge benefit since 2 handle position are required. Simply rotate the cable routing tube toward the direction of cable travel. **Concept could be adapted to work with any handle/hole shape. Round or rectangular**
