3dsmax 2012 with Vray materials was used to create this model. High detail interior and exterior models were designed. Doors are rigged and can be opened. The polycount is impressive, standing at 223,000 without Turbosmooth enabled. With Turbosmooth turned on and just one iteration, the polycount increases dramatically to 1,442,000. Every object, material, and texture was carefully modeled in real-world scale using metric units. Objects are well-organized into layers and groups for easy navigation. Unfortunately, the lighting setup is not included in this package. The price point for this model is $159.00.
