Print and use this piece under your own responsibility. This is a replacement for a broken pipe on the Koenig BW1880. However I made it on PLA I strongly recommend to use safe materials such as PET-G or ensure that the PLA you are using is food-contact-safe. I used CHEP settings on my ender-3 using a 0.12mm resolution. The part seems to handle pressure correctly and no leaks were detected. I strongly suggest to print it horizontally.
