This is a fan mount replacement for the Trinus 3D printer, which frequently breaks due to repeated disassembly of the extruder. The design eliminates the need for brass inserts and the four bolts that secure the cold end fan in place. To achieve maximum strength, set the perimeter layer to 4 or higher. Before installing this fan mount, make sure to use the M4 mounting bolt to create an initial thread (refer to the image). If you don't, the mount on the slider side might snap off prematurely. Print Settings: Printer: Trinus 3D Rafts: It doesn't matter what type of raft you use. Supports: No supports are required. Resolution: For optimal results, print at a resolution of 0.10mm or higher. Infill: To ensure maximum durability, infill your prints with 100% density.
