Simple 4 Point Leveling Jig for Your Trinus Printer That's Specifically Sized for the Heated Bed Platform. This design does not reduce the print height of your Trinus printer, and it is specifically designed for printing with PLA filament at a bed temperature of up to 60 degrees Celsius. However, this jig has not been tested for use with other materials or when printing with different types of filaments. No melting of any PLA parts was observed during testing, although after a 24-hour print with the bed set to 60 degrees Celsius, the jig did need to be re-leveled. Some of the parts may have annealed themselves since no signs of deflection or melting were seen. To use this jig, you will need to print one leveling base and two of each the left and right arms, as well as two crossbars. The necessary hardware is listed in the attached PDF file. Print Settings: Printer: Kodama Trinus Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.15 Infill: 15% Notes: Please print the base plate upside down since only the surface that will come into contact with the Y-Axis cart needs to be smooth. Assembly instructions can be found in the attached PDF file. Post-Printing: Refer to the illustrated assembly instructions in the attached PDF file for further guidance. How I Designed This: This jig was designed using DesignSpark Mechanical 2.0 software.
