I did this to mount Linhof lens boards on my Kodak 2-D 5x7 camera. The size of the Kodak fitting is 4.5" (114.3mm) square with a 103mm square plateau and a lip thickness of 3.2 millimeter See images for suggested screws and fittings. Should print without supports.
