Koda Remote control wall mount bracket
thingiverse
This is a wall bracket for a remote control for a Koda ceiling light. It is designed to hold the remote firmly so you can operate the remote without having to remove it from the holder, yet easily lift it out if you desire. I started with just a small ring to hold the base of the remote, but I quickly discovered that it really needed something to stabilize the top when pressing buttons. So I added the neck and stabilizer. It took quite a few iterations before I got something that's strong and stable and holds the device snugly but not too tightly. I made this holder because I was using a velcro to hold the remote to the wall, and it would flop around and require two hands to operate. Not ideal! Now, I can just touch the on/off button as though it's installed into the wall.
