Securely lock the rails in place without clamping and achieve precise bed leveling with this method. I've successfully utilized it since day one, and it functions flawlessly. To assemble, use 1.5" bolts with locknuts and strong 0.5" springs. For optimal results, cut and engrave the parts on a 35w laser from 1/4" plywood. Drill 8mm rod holes using an 8mm drill bit or adjust raster settings accordingly. Each feature is color-coded for easy print setting control.
