Update: Please Head to my Printables page for download: https://www.printables.com/model/400687-kobra-go-custom-head-and-duct-with-stock-abl NEW! The stronger V2 Head design and ability to install without moving the ABL Sensor! I really liked how Maker Hangtight " https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3179892 " designed this hotend & duct and wanted it for my 3D printer the Anycubic Kobra Go. I believe I've printed and tried almost every custom hotend & duct for the Kobra Go I could find out there and was never very impressed. Don't get me wrong, there are some really good ones out there but nothing like this for the Kobra Go that I could find. So I decided to TinkerCAD it to fit. I removed a lot to keep the auto levelling sensor in the factory spot, totally redesigned the mount and had to cut the duct tip a bit to fit around the sensor. I'm not the best with TinkerCAD so its a bit chunky. After many hours of cutting, adding and measuring I finally had it on and working. I'm so extremely happy with the outcome that I had to share. Using PETG for my prints and that 5015 blower fan is working great. This as helped heaps with my prints. I just used some small screws and bolts I had laying around to put it all together, the OG maker has added some very nice slots and holes for proper bolts. Please heat up the M3 nuts a but before installing so they slide in and make a proper spot for themselves. You dont have to but for wiring in the 5015 blower I just de-soldered the old small blower and soldered the factory wires to the new blower making sure to note what wire was on the left and right to keep the blower blowing in the right direction. (make sure you test the blower after soldering to make sure its blowing properly) I used a wide cup full of water to show me where the ducts were blowing to get the height just right for the best cooling right below the tip. If you need any info for printing or on the unit please look at the original page as he has put a lot of work into having a great product and lots of information on it. Also they have the file for the adapter for a 20mm thick main fan if you want. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3179892 If you see a problem that could hinder others please let me know and I'll do my best to fix it. (Removed in V2) Update: there was a seam that printed on the main body where the duct mounts. I don't know if it was just my slicer or printer that did that or it's in the file, but please make sure you just smooth that out so it sits properly.
