Design RequirementsI wanted a case to protect the stylus when moving around, with the option to keep the AAAA battery outside of the stylus in case it leaks when not in use for a long period of time. I am able to easily remove the nib without the included tool so a spot for the tool wasn't required.FreeCAD ParametersThe following parameters are adjustable in the included FreeCAD file. Stylus Height =143mmStylus Diameter =9.5mmButton Width =4.8mmButton Height =0.7mmButton Offset =33mmTaper Length =9mmTip Diameter =1mmAAAA Length =42.5mmAAAA Diameter =8.30mmNib Diameter =1.8mmNib Length =16.4mmNib Tool Diameter =13mmNib Tool Height =0.8mmTolerance =0.15mmWall Width =1.5mmCap Overlap =15mmChamfer = Stylus_Diameter / 2 - Wall_WidthPrint InstructionsI printed in PETG with .4 mm nozzle with variable layer height. I only used infill on the battery slot, but I could have probably gotten away with bridging. The fit was really tight and required some post processing, but it works for me as is so I won't be revisiting it. First ImpressionsAfter the cleaning up the print a bit everything seems to fit securely, and nothing moves around when shaken. It does the job it was designed to do.
