Kobo Mini Bluefly Back Cover

Kobo Mini Bluefly Back Cover

I've made this back cover for my Kobo Mini, to fit a BlueFlyVario_TTL_GPSv11 and a 5000 mAh battery (link below). I have not put screw holes in the model, as i thought it would be easier to drill them out afterwards, but I ended up just gluing the cover to the Kobo as i could not find the small screws in the right length. The back cover is made thinner where the Bluefly goes, and where the GPS module is placed I've designed slots in the model for better GPS reception and barometric pressure readings. The hole in the model fits the button on the Bluefly, and everything inside is fastened with hot glue which I find works just fine. I've been flying 50+ hours with the Kobo Mini this year (in a glider) and I have never experienced a GPS fallout or anything related to the Bluefly being enclosed. The 5000 mAh battery gives the Kobo Mini around 35 hours of on time (with the sound on the Bluefly disabled, that is). http://www.aliexpress.com/item/L002-3-7V-3800mAH-457992-PLIB-polymer-lithium-ion-battery-Li-ion-battery-for-tablet/1477811584.html?spm=2114.13010608.0.65.b5WQEC http://blueflyvario.blogspot.dk/2016/04/blueflyvariottlgpsv11-released.html Print Settings Printer Brand: Ultimaker Printer: Ultimaker 2 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No
