|| PRODUCT DESCRIPTION || This is a model of an old Japanese koban of Tsukishima (Tokyo). This model offers both exterior and interior views. Photometric lights are arranged at the level of the lamps, excluding the desk lamp, and are disabled by default. All doors can be manipulated or animated using helpers, as well as the toilet window and two small square windows on the rear door. The desk drawers are independent and can also be animated. Originally created with 3ds Max 2013. NOT AVAILABLE FOR SUBDIVISION || USAGE || This model was designed for use as a real-time asset in a videogame or application, VR-AR. This model is a representation of an old Japanese koban on a scale of one unit equaling centimeters. || SPECS || This model contains 165 separate objects. The model includes 37,439 quads and 214 triangles. The model only uses standard materials. The renderer used is Mental Ray. || PRESENTATION IMAGES || All preview images are rendered with the Mental Ray renderer, using Global Illumination and MR exposure control. No Photoshop or compositing was used; the product is ready to render out-of-the-box. Lights are included in the file. Preview Images were rendered using the 2013 version of the Mental Ray renderer.
