Kobalt Hex Wrench Spinning Tool Holder
thingiverse
I picked up a set of metric and inch T-Handle Kobalt hex wrenches because Home Depot had them on sale for a steal. Great hex wrenches, but the holder is junk. So I designed this to sit on my tool table. It holds all the hex wrenches in place with labels for each one. It's also got a base that lets it spin around, so you can access any wrench easily. You can print it without the base if you prefer. Print Settings Printer: Cetus 3D Rafts: Don't bother, I didn't use them. Supports: No need for those either. Resolution: Go for .30 to get the best results. Infill: Try 25% for a good balance between speed and quality. Notes: I printed this in fast mode, but you can go for fine details if you want it to look nice. You don't have to print on a raft, and supports are not necessary. Post-Printing I added felt feet to the base so it wouldn't slide around, and wrapped the shaft with teflon tape to make it spin smoothly.
