KoalaPad Stylus

KoalaPad Stylus

Picked up a KoalaPad in a bundle of C64 stuff, but sadly the stylus was missing. Once I got tired of using a sharpie with the top on it, I decided to just make one. I've included (basically) two versions: one without the KoalaPad logo that should print quite easily and provide perfectly adequate functionality, and a version with the logo that will look a bit more authentic if you can get it to print properly. I find vertical to be the orientation that gives the best results on an FDM. If your bed isn't very stable, or your slicer won't do the proper supports, I've included a "rocketship" version of the stylus complete with logo that may leave nasty nubs to clean off, but will get the job done, probably even through an earthquake. It's always good to have a "Plan C". Thanks go out to Sean Huxter who was kind enough to give me the solid measurements and constructive input upon which I based this reproduction. Now go print the thing! And have fun with your KoalaPad. They're a neato little device with which to channel your artistic muse, 8-bit style. :)
