Knurled screw top container - customizable radius and height

Found the original container but needed both a custom cap length and outer radius. This code also simplifies the container as follows: - removed the separate ring and incorporated it into the body. - removed the neck portion of the inner cavity and makes the inner cavity a continuous cylinder of constant radius Note that larger outer radii of the container will result in the knurling being diluted. I'm sure there are ways to adjust the knurling to account for the growth of radius but I did not open that can of worms... yet. Also note that the original code for the necked portion is still there, just changed the values to be equal to the inner cavity radius.
