Knurled Lockpick Handles (remixed) for Sparrows & Southord Slimline
thingiverse
I extracted each pick from the original STL upload separately for easier handling, so in this remix they're individual files for the three Sparrows sizes, including the new larger .025" called Monstrum as originally posted. I've also included a version for SouthOrd Slimline. While refining the models, I removed supports to let your 3D printing software take care of them automatically. In the first photo, you can see a Sparrows .015" in a white handle, a .025" in a black handle in the middle, and a .025" black large handle (Monstrum size) at the bottom. The second picture shows a Sparrows 0.20" in an orange handle and a Southord Slimline 0.22" in a black handle. After printing, I recommend finishing the edges with sandpaper for a smoother finish. If you experience issues fitting the picks into the handles, insert them as far as possible and then leave them in direct sunlight for a few minutes before trying again. PLA becomes less rigid when heated, making it easier to fit.
