I printed Jason Wratten's spinner from Thingiverse (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:266048) and was pleased, but it turned out to be too thick for my Tru-D diversity module, so I took another look and stumbled upon Justin's version, which had a smaller size that caught my attention. However, the STL file had some cuts on its top and bottom surfaces, and I was curious about how to achieve knurling in Fusion 360. So, I used Justin's dimensions for the nut hole diameter and thickness of the spinner, then created this new one from scratch in Fusion 360. I've included the Fusion file, allowing anyone with access to Fusion to load it up and modify the depth of the knurling or any other aspect they desire. A video on knurling by ShortToGround on YouTube (www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nnz1s35vmyg) was incredibly helpful and straightforward. After printing the first version, I realized that the knurling wasn't deep enough, so I tweaked it a bit deeper and tried again. I'm now satisfied with the second iteration called RB_sma_bigger_knurled_knob.
