KnuckleSeat

KnuckleSeat

thingiverse

The original design fuses Fractals knuckle link and Open layout, incorporating initial drawings of the previous knuckle lounger. The innovative seat uses knuckles as flexible surfaces. This project requires a 18mm ply sheet for construction, with a total of 216 knuckle links needed. Additionally, 62 small circles are used between open knuckle ends. All knuckles are connected via an M10 threaded rod, while legs and cross braces slot together. For stability, only cut one of each piece and consider gluing them in place. Although the structure has yet to be fully tested, it aims for strength and support.
