Knuckle couplers for the 1/32 OpenRailway EMD SW1500

I've designed versatile knuckle couplers that perfectly fit the 1/32 EMD SW1500 locomotive model (available on Thingiverse at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:916416).\nIt was a challenging task due to space limitations, but I managed to create a functional design.\nThe hook and tang are precision-cut in two parts so they can be printed without support material, which ensures smooth operation when used correctly (printing with support may result in a rough finish).\nPrint Settings\nPrinter:\n Vertex K8400 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.1 mm Infill: 100% Notes: Printed in high-quality ABS plastic.\nIt's crucial to select an optimal wall thickness to fully fill the springs, which can be checked in the layers display before printing.\nIf the springs are only partially filled, they will be too weak to maintain the coupler's straight position.\nWith my Prusa I3 MK2 (0.4 mm nozzle) I chose a 0.35 mm wall thickness, and with the Vertex (0.35 mm nozzle), I selected 0.3 mm for optimal results. Post-Printing Caution: The SW1500 model features a significant overhang, which means you cannot use the coupler on R1 tracks with a radius of 600mm or 2 feet.\nEven on R2 tracks (1200mm, 3 feet radius), you'll need to carefully file the opening to widen it slightly for smooth operation and prevent car derailment.
