The KnotServer site at http://www.colab.sfu.ca/KnotPlot/KnotServer/ offers coordinates for mathematical knots' paths, but the resolution is relatively low resulting in bamboo-like appearances. Additionally, this website provides coordinates for straight-line models. Another web service, http://kitwallace.co.uk/3d/knot.xq, generates OpenScad code for a chosen knot and form from a selected knot.
