KnotenStopp (Update)

This small project is called the "KnotenStopp". It pauses printing as soon as filament becomes knotted or jammed. To work, filament must be fed through a PTFE-Tube from spool to extruder, causing tension in tube when filament knots. To make it work, you need several parts: 1x Microswitch 1x 9mm x 20mm spring - "Federblock" can be used instead, printed from TPU plastic 2x 20mm M3 screws - one connects "Oberarm" to "Unterarm", the other sets trigger point 2x 8mm M3 screw - for mounting Knotenstopp on 20x20 aluminum profile frame 2x T-Nuts - for mounting Knotenstopp on 20x20 aluminum profile frame 2x 20mm filament (1.75mm) - to fix microswitch in "Unterarm" In video, I turn filament spool back a little by hand to simulate knot or jam. Opening in "Unterarm" for receiving microswitch may need to be reworked so that it fits exactly into opening. One microswitch fit perfectly... the other was slightly larger.
