Printers vary, as do user settings, so it's possible that the bar may not fit snugly or loosely enough. To ensure a proper fit, I suggest printing the container first, followed by the bar - stopping the print after 20mm has elapsed. Next, check the fit and adjust your slicer accordingly to achieve the desired scale.
