Knob ☼ Knurled Shaft Rotary Encoder (Voron v0.1)

Knob ☼ Knurled Shaft Rotary Encoder (Voron v0.1)

prusaprinters

SummaryThis fits rotary encoders with knurled-type shafts. My Voron v0.1 screen didn't have the standard notched type of shaft, so I made this knob for it. I think it fits the Voron aesthetic well. It's wide and low profile, so that means it will wobble less when spinning and clicking it.PrintingPrint face-down.No supports needed. Make sure your first layer looks good (it will face outwards).A textured PEI sheet makes a nice surface.I recommend 25%+ infill and 4+ walls. The knob should be strong, to resist loosening, and feel nice when clicking.ABS is recommended, but you can use any plastic you prefer.
