The knob on my universal frying pan lid fell off so I sat down and designed a replacement. There are two versions: one fixed by a self-tapping screw, and the other by a 25mm long 1/4 inch bolt. They were printed in PLA which is perhaps not the best material to use for cooking use since the screw loosened fairly quickly. The bolt secured version has displayed no such problems. While it does loosen a little the nut prevents the bolt from falling out. It soon tightens when it cools.
