Knob for M6 Squared off Bolt - Tall and Wide

I needed some robust knobs for simple hold-down clamps that deliver a firm grip. This knob is specifically designed to be tall and wide, allowing users to apply considerable pressure with ease. I printed my set in PLA with an impressive 50% infill density, which yields surprisingly strong results. It is constructed to fit neatly over an M6 bolt. My clamp utilizes countersunk internal hex bolts, which require careful adjustment to securely hold the knob in place. To make this setup work, it's necessary to carefully trim down the head of the bolts, cutting off exactly two opposing sides to achieve a snug fit and prevent any play or movement.
