Knob for Direct drive extruder mount

###Direct drive extruder knob This is a knob for the direct drive extruder that I've remixed, which can be found here. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5495767 After mounting the extruder in a direct drive configuration, the standard knob that comes with the v2 printer, is not a friction fit on the extruder shaft, so it will not stay in place when the extruder is flipped on it's side. I was still able to just use the knob when needed, however, it was also a little too short, so I decided to make a new one that would clear the extruder mount. It's a slightly modified version of what comes with the printer, just with a slight shakeup. The fit on the shaft is good, very tight, but good, it will press on with a little force, and can be easily removed if access is needed when changing filament.
